You can access the Community Directory on the Web Portal on your Desktop or the Bricck Property Management Mobile app. To access the Community Directory on the web portal from your desktop:
Go to www.bricck.com and click on the web portal button.
Login (if your computer does not log you in automatically).
Click on Community Info from the tool bar at the top of the screen.
Click on Directory from the drop down menu under "Community Info".
Select the type of Directory you want to review (the default selection should be Homeowner Directory).
The directory will appear on your computer screen for those who have opted in.
To access the Community Directory from the moble app:
Go to the hamburger menu at the top of the screen (three solid bars).
Click on Directory from the menu on the left.
Select directory of your choice from the upper right hand of the screen (Homeowner Directory will be the Default you should select).
Click ok.
The directory will appear on your mobile device or app who have opted in.
Please remember that each homeowner has to opt-in to the directory. Bricck cannot opt-in residents; residents have to opt-in themselves. This is a security feature so that no information is provided to the community that is not at the complete discretion and written consent of the resident.
Summary: Residents can opt-in for a directory listing in the web portal/mobile app. Bricck cannot sign residents up for the directory as a security feature and to protect the personal information of the resident/Homeowner. This directory is easily accessible to all Homeowners of Record on the desktop web portal or Bricck Property Management Mobile app.
