Homeowner and Resident FAQ: How Do I Place a Work Order on the Bricck Mobile App?

From the Bricck Property Management Mobile App,

  1. Click on the hamburger menu (three bars in the upper left hand of the screen).

  2. Scroll down and click on Work Orders.

  3. Click on Add Work Order.

  4. Fill out the form, including adding an attachment (which should be a picture. Pictures are preferred with work orders).

  5. Click on Submit.

A member of the Bricck Property Management team will contact you via the work order portal or email within 1-2 business days.

If this is an emergency, do not submit a work order through the web portal. Please call our office at 610-596-8500. Thank you!

Note: If you have not yet downloaded the Bricck Property Management Mobile App, you may do so from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store after you login to the web portal at one-time.
