Homeowner and Resident FAQ: How to Place a Work Order on the Association's Web Portal

To place a work order on the Association's Web Portal,

  1. Go to www.bricck.com.

  2. Click on the web portal button.

  3. Login (if your computer did not automatically log you in).

  4. Click on Account Info from the tool bar at the top of the screen.

  5. From the Account Info Drop Down Menu, click on Work Orders.

  6. Click on Add Work Order.

  7. Fill out the form as best as possible, including uploading a picture (pictures are preferred for work orders).

  8. Click on submit.

A Bricck team member will respond to your work order within 1-2 business days through the violation module or by email.

If this an emergency, DO NOT use the web portal. Please call our office at 610-596-8500. Thank you!
